in their respective fields as elaborated in their CVs.
Narendra Prajapati
Mr. Prajapati is an MBA – Finance, degree holder from TU, Nepal (1987). He also
holds a diploma in Architecture from IoE, TU, Nepal (1981). Mr. Prajapati is currently the MD of
N.P. Associates Pvt. Ltd (NPA) – an Advisory, Consultancy and Management Support services
providing company. He has over four decades of experiences in Technical and Management field in
academics, projects, operations, and advisory services. During last 15 years, he was engaged
extensively in Hydropower and related fields including as a CEO of an IPP – Bhote Koshi Power
Company Pvt. Ltd. His company with its team of associates recently concluded seamless services
to their client – Stantec Consulting International LLC, for their MCA-Nepal ETP PPTS works in
Nepal office operations. He brings in additional experiences from hospitality, real estate and
academics of over 2 decades.
He had also served as an EC Member in Independent Power Producer Association of Nepal (IPPAN).
Rajeev Sharma
Mr. Sharma acquired his B.E. (Electrical) degree with specialization in Power
System in 1984 from the Regional Engineering College, Srinagar, Kashmir, India. From December
1984 he served continuously in Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) for 34 years and retired from
the post of Deputy Managing Director in November 2018. His 34 years’ experience in the power
sector involved distribution, transmission, generation, engineering-services as well as planning
which includes more than 20 years’ experience in the transmission sector alone.
From November 2018 till March 2021 he served as “Senior Technical Advisor (National)” for
Stantec LLC for the MCC funded “Project Preparation and Technical Supervision Services” Works
for MCA Nepal’s Electricity Transmission Project, which involved survey, investigation and
design of 312 km, 400 kV double-circuit, quad-conductor transmission line and associated
400/220/132/33 kV substations.
Sushil Aryal
Mr. Aryal has obtained M.Sc. degree in Human Settlement Development,
specializing in rural and regional development planning from Asian Institute of Technology
(AIT), Thailand, in 1986. He has also completed Degree in Business Administration and Commerce
from Tribhuvan University in 1977. He has more than 40 years of research, training and
consultancy experience. During last 23 years, he has involved extensively on consultancy in the
field of social development, social safeguard, resettlement and rehabilitation of the project
affected people in national and international projects. He has worked as a resource person in
number of projects funded by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and MCC. Mr. Aryal has
experience of working as a consultant in Afghanistan, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. Formerly, he
was an Associate Professor (Management) at Center for Economic Development and Administration
(CEDA), Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
